Festival of Trees — Delivery and Set-Up Instructions
Delivery Location: CAM-PLEX Wyoming Center
Delivery Times:
Wednesday, November 19: 12–8 pm
Thursday, November 20: 8 am–12 pm
All trees and wreaths must be fully set up and completed by 12 pm on Thursday, November 20. Items not completed by the deadline will not be included in judging. This ensures our team has adequate time to finalize the display area and maintain the event’s overall presentation before judging begins that evening.
If you have any questions prior to or during set-up, please contact your Festival of Trees – Tree & Wreath Committee Chairs. Thank you for your creativity, generosity, and continued support of the Northeast Wyoming Community Health Foundation’s mission to provide hope and assistance to our neighbors facing healthcare challenges.
NOTE: As of September 2025 — We are officially full for tree and wreath submissions for the 34th Annual Festival of Trees. We’re so grateful for the creativity and generosity of our community—this year’s event is sure to sparkle brighter than ever! Help bring the magic of the holidays to life by decorating a wreath, small tree, or large tree for the 34th Annual Festival of Trees! Whether you’re an experienced designer, a crafty family, a business, or just love spreading holiday cheer—there’s a place for your creativity to shine.
Each decorated piece will be featured in our festive display and auctioned to raise funds for local healthcare programs supported by the Northeast Wyoming Community Health Foundation. It’s a fun, meaningful way to showcase your style while giving back to our community.
